However the company has been known for providing bad customer service in the past. TheSoftware provided by Greatbigsolutions.com is not of a high quality and it is often used by individuals who have no idea what they are doing to get their moneys worth from the project they are working on. - From userI was this companys customer service representative before. It was terrible They gave me nothing in return for my help and then would say were sorry we dont offer that. In fact I even sent them an email asking for a refund after just one visit This stuff isnt going back there again until these things stop happening- right now Im actually looking into moving away because of how great of a state this company keeps making me feel ....iBags ReviewiBags
