I have never experienced such terrible customer service from any online company. I had to contact them multiple times because my website was not being developed as expected and the development team kept saying sorry we are too busy and then wouldnt respond to my emails. Finally after 3 weeks of waiting I received a message that they were too busy for me and would not be able to develop my website. Horrible experience all around

Im not sure what kind of event or problem there was that led to such an extended delay but I will never use this company again or recommend them to anyone.
