They refused to help me with a problem I had with my mobile app and instead told me to go away. Overall this is a very poor experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The company Greenspek is supposed to be great. However I have had a terrible experience with them. First of all the website design and development process was incredibly slow. Second of all even after a lot of work and effort from me and my team the app still didnt launch until well over a month after it was supposed to In addition most importantly their customer service was completely unprofessional and condescending towards us. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone - especially if youre looking for any kind of quality assurance or support when developing an online presence for your business

pageI have had negative experiences with this company. The first time I ordered an app from them the website didnt work and then when I tried to download it it said there was a problem with my phone. So I sent it back and they said they would send me a new one. And then the second time they charged my account twice for the same app The third time their app wouldnt start up at all on my phone - even after changing my settings. They just dont seem to be very trustworthy or reliable in terms of customer service.
