The company has developed a number of successful apps but their latest venture is particularly fraught with problems.First and foremost the team working on the Indian version of their app seems to be woefully inexperienced. Theyve made mistakes on multiple occasions - for example they missedpell a key word when developing an ios app which led to a customer service issue. Worse still theyve ignored feedback from customers who have already downloaded and used their apps. Second theres the matter of quality control. Several users have reported encountering errors and glitches in the beta versions of their apps - for example crashes or unexpected data loss. In one case an individual user tweeted screenshots of inexplicable errors happening in his app after Installer 8 failed to detect his phone even though he had it registered with them Clearly something went wrong here... The only thing they have that has worked well is their customer service which has been great when we have needed it. However right now they are struggling with their mobile app development services. Canada Europe Asia PacificI am not sure what the problem is. I have used this site before and it was a lot of work setting up create a new user and getting all the necessary files. This time I had to use Google Earth to set up a new user profile which required quite a bit of data. Some users have said that this is because they are using Android devices and not computers. If youre using a computer please let us know so we can try to fix the issue.
