Im not impressed with Greystonetech.com at all Theyre in the business of Premium IT Solutions Denver Colorado - which means they dont actually do anything to help their users. Ive had to call them multiple times because my computer is messed up and they cant seem to fix it and even when they try its just not very good. And their customer service is terrible too - Ive had to deal with them on a number of occasions and they always seem pretty unhelpful. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company at all.

SolutionsI just had to write a bad review because I dont know what I would do if I were in their position. They are a ripoff and I will never use this site again.This company is a ripoff. They offer nothing but premium services at a high price point and then turn around and sell them to you as being able to with the latest software ander sic it. Well actually they only offer that stuff now. Have you ever tried using their service Its terrible and youll beenthaler tell others about it too lackey language.I have never seen anything good about greystonetech.com nor do I believe they provide anything good or unique within the IT field. If youre looking for a high-quality service at an affordable price look elsewhere.

ServicesI have had several issues with this company and their customer service is terrible. The most recent time was when I got a software issue which they couldnt get released until after the fact. They were supposed to release it for free but they did not and I paid for it. Just because I got a day of the month doesnt mean that my issue should be covered under warranty.
