I was extremely disappointed with the companyGridigitalmediamarketing.com. I specifically ordered services through their website and after receiving my order I noticed that there were numerous errors in the content of the email they sent out to me. For example one of my orders even included a picture of an animal that was not even supposed to be in the order Additionally when I contacted them about this issue they did not seem to have any information about how to correct these errors or send me a corrected order. Overall this experience was very disappointing and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had the opportunity to work with several people at this firm and was very disappointed in their ability to connect with small businesses. They are more interested in making money than developing a relationship with the customer. The customer service is always cold and polite which I think is due to the fact that the clients are usually not taken care of during the campaign. I would not recommend this firm to anyone.
