1. Do not use this company if you do not have a lot of experience. They will charge an arm and a leg for their services and they will not properly take care of your website development project. Save your money and go somewhere else.2. This company is terrible at what they do. I had to change my website design several times because the first one was not up to par and then when I tried to add content it did not work right so I had to fix all that before starting my project with them again. Overall avoid GrkSoft Technologies if you can help it

GrkSoft Technologies is a site development company that has terrible customer service. I had a customer who always had to be reminded to check their phone when they were working on a document. It was really frustrating because the customer could have easily been able to save the document and go back to their other work. The company should be rare for customers like this in order to make their users feel comfortable about using their product.

GrkSoft Technologies is a website development company that I have had a bad experience with. The beginning was good but then things started to go wrong. The most significant issue right now is the money order they issued for 50 worth of products that were not actually received.The companys customer service email said We are sorry your money order has been returned - it may have been issues with the system or someonesfaction.Im not sure what this means but its something to do with how the company is running its business Ive tried to contact customer service multiple times and they have not responded in a days time. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
