I have never had anything good to say about them and Ive used them for both my personal and business app development needs. Their prices are ridiculously high their customer service is terrible and their product is either not even worth the name or just outright terrible. Do not bother with this company whatsoever - theyre definitely not worth your time or money.

Im not sure what the problem is but I would think that Grok Interactive is doing something wrong. Theyre creating a lot of good user experience with their add-ons and tools. Ive used their tools for a while now and I have to say that theyre getting better and better. The interface is really clean and easy to use. But yet again some of the grok-interactives add-ons and tools are terrible. Id give them a D instead of C in this review.
