I just got out of my first customer service phone conversation with Gryphtech.com. My first experience was really good. I ordered a graphics card and it was correct and looked great The second time around I order an item and it is correct but with a mistake in the description. I sent a message to they were changing my shipping method and they got back to me right away. They are a very efficient company and I would definitely recommend them to others.
