I dont think Ive ever had a negative experience with Guanaco Studio. They always seem to have what I need and the prices are very reasonable. However their customer service is terrible. First of all theyre not particularly responsive in terms of communication - often times theyll say something and then never respond to my messages or emails. Second of all theres always some problem that comes up and theyre really slow to get things done - even when it doesnt involve me Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had the pleasure of working with this company twice now. The first time was a total surround-essay of me trying to come up with ideas how to improve theiring process and the second was a project where I wanted to create a marketing map that would help me better understand whats going on with the industry.both times were incredibly frustrating. I dont know what you want out of a customer service representative you just want somebody who is going to take care of you and both times I felt like I was being treated like an doll. I hope that someone can see my case for why I would not recommend this company to others.

I just returned from Guanacostudio.com and absolutely terrible experience. The woman who created the site was incredibly stupidly smart and knew exactly what she was doing when she created the site. The end result is a really bad experience that I would not recommend to anyone.
