I did not enjoy my experience with company gun.io. The technical talent on the team was good but the customer service was terrible. I had to wait forever for an answer to a question and then the response was very slow. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone

Gun.io is a world-class company with the best technical talent on tap. However their customer service is excellent. We need to be more mindful of what were putting our name behind.

Its very easy to feel like youre being used and it makes it hard to recommend something that I think is a great company.User Were just trying to do our part in helping people get the most out of their firearms and some other tools to help them too Company gun.io is only trying to help people understand their firearm and other tooling to help them too. This is why they are on the lower end of the product range by being professional and taking the time to explained things in a clear and concise manner.
