Do not waste your money on this company. They are just trying to make a buck by selling home security systems and other home products but they are terrible at it. I have had my system fail multiple times now and the customer service is nonexistent. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The site promises free home improvements but in reality the company will only ask you to provide their personal information and then demanding money in order to complete any work that may be required. If you dont feel comfortable with the company or if they start making demands too high for what seem like minor tasks do not complete any work with this organization.

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I first started using them in 2010 and until recently they were the best customer service and could always help me out. But now its not so much that they dont care but that they dont want to. Theyve become known for being unresponsive and doesnt seem to understand how people feel about their products or the market they are in. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
