I have used Halfwolf for quite some time now and I must say that their design and communication skills are not up to par. They often send me email messages with no answer to my questions and it can be quite frustrating since they keep changing their mind about what kind of design I should ask for. Additionally the customer service is terrible - they dont seem to understand how online customers communicate.

But there are some times when the work is too big or the communication is not perfect. For example one time a web developer came to Halfwolf and said that he had created over 10000 sitemap files for a torinoan website. He wanted to know how he could improve the communication between Half wolf and the web developer. The web developer was clearly furious and wanted to know why his code was being ignored by Half wolf. The company should be aware of how their work is being used as well as the web developers particular needs and requirements.
