"I Have Never Had Such Terrible Customer"

I have never had such terrible customer service I was extremely disappointed with how my first order arrived and then when I called to follow up they said it would be too late because my last order had shipped. They also said they didnt know what the problem was and that I needed to email them everything. After waiting over two weeks for a response from them I emailed them again and got an automated message back saying that their systems were down. Finally after speaking to a manager who told me that the system just wasnt working properly I received the package in the mail only to find out that one of the lights on my lamp had burned out. Needless to say this company is not worth your time or money

I dont even know where to start. The entire experience was terrible. They never replied to my emails and when I asked them about their services they just said we dont do that or thats not our style. On top of that their site is very outdated and doesnt look much better than the one on Google. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company

handmade.co.za is a business that charges a lot of money for their web design hosting services custom software database solutions and other related services. I was very disappointed with this company because they did not meet my expectations in any way. The website design was terrible the customer service was poor and the prices were extremely high. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

When I finally received the software I was very disappointed to find that the programs files wereropheced within the folder made kbw Zalando In addition the web host I used to host my site failed completely and required me to start from scratch. We are no longer in business with this company.

This company is a total disaster. I had the most appalling experience with their services. From the moment I agreed to use their platform until the day they closed my account - nothing was fixing.The customer service is terrible there is no response time to our complaints and when we did get help from the customer service they were unable to do anything about the issue. So now Im having to go through customer service again to get my money back.I would not recommend this company to anyone.
