s TimisoaraI am not happy with my experience with Happy Pencils. The customer service was terrible and they made me very angry. I was hopeing to get a new pen for my collection but I am now stuck with the same one. Its sour when you have to call them because the pen is still there and they dont seem to care about their customers.

s TimisoaraCompany is bad service unprofessional and incompetent. I was charged for a service that I did not receive. I was given a bill for services that were not received. There was no-one to tell me the consequences of this when I had to contact them. This company should be removed from the market.
