is a complete scamIf youre thinking of hiring Harlo Interactive to design your website be very careful. The company is nothing but a scam. They promise you high-quality work for little money and then CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING They dont even send the finished product until AFTER youve paid them - in many cases they dont even send it at all. In addition to being a total scam Harlo Interactive also doesnt have any experience whatsoever with website design or digital agency work. Theyre just trying to take advantage of people who are vulnerable and gullible. Avoid this company if possible - theres no way that youll get anything done for real with them.

is terribleI just moved to Portland Oregon a few months ago and thought I would find the right web design company for me. Harlo Interactive was much better. They were able to what I needed and didnt require too much work in the way of customization. The final product was better than expected. So Id recommend them to anyone looking for a good web design company in Portland. However I dont think Harlo Interactive is bad but just different from other companies in this town.
