is a terrible company. I researched this company before choosing to use them but the reviews I found were very negative. They do not deliver on their promises and are very unprofessional. Do not use this company if you want your business to be successful.I was extremely disappointed with Hats-Off Digital when it came to my digital marketing needs. The reviews I read were all negative and they seemed to be true for most people who used them. While their services have some potential benefits in reality they did not live up to what was promised or delivered. They are oftenunprofessional and they do not seem professional at all when it comes to customer service. However I should also be honest that this review is not going to be any less negative than the ones before it.First of all let me say that IAO comes complete with a great digital marketing agency in Pune. They are working hard to grow their business and have already made some great advances in digital marketing since last year. However they still have some concerns that need to be addressed such asanespace matters and Invalid inputs on the forms. Some changes that were made last year include a new form acceptance rate which is now up from 9 an increase in profits from 8 to 10. Despite the good things there they do have some issues

is a company that has a lot of promise but unfortunately some problems with the way they run their business.I just had the opportunity to work with company head Brenton and female CEO and it was an incredible experience They are both extremely passionate about their work and they obviously have a lot of energy and want to help people. However there were a few things that I felt could be improved on. One being that they dont give you a personal Pune-based paper bag to take home2.0 for your trouble Another issue was that they were still using the old email address hatsoffdigital.com which was registered back in 2006. Overall I think these issues could be resolved quickly and best by when they change their name to something more appropriate.So overall Im happy to have worked with them but Id recommend against working with them currently because there seem to be more issues with the way things functioning than what is available
