However their security features were terrible and their scalability was really poor. Overall I would not recommend using Helios Design as your go-to source for secure digital solutions.

They are part of a market--especially during the past few years--where companies are looking for more assurance that their data is safe and SECURELY stored. This can be seen as a challenge for the companys customer service because Helios Design takes data very seriously and will not let you take it apart if you dont want to.I just signed up with heliosdesign.com and let me tell you I was going to bad review them until I tried it here. The service is great but the way it is offered makes me think something might be wrong with my account because Ive never been able to get my password changed so I cant stand it when Im trying to do something and I have to type in my password again. also because they are taking data very seriously they set up an email notification system where you have to sign in and select email notifications

is a design and technology company that takes care of a lot of things including taking care of you. Their software is secure scalable and easy to use. However their customer service is terrible. They always seem to have the perfect solution for us but their staff is always nice but they dont do anything for you other than give short shifts.The Helios Design customer service is terrible because they never even try to help you or give any information about their product or service. All they want to do is sell products and make more money off your time. Which is really not what a customer wants in a company he works for. IForgotToServiceScoreOverall I didnt enjoy my experience at HeliosDesign.com The customer service was bad the products were poor quality due to how they were made and the support was slow.
