I have had to call them multiple times because there are no items that I could see that would improve my home and they keep changing the products they offer. Save your money and go somewhere else

I absolutely hated this company. The first time I ordered something from them it was a pair of shoes that were completely scams. They charged me for the shoes even though they said they would only charge me if I returned them. And worst of all they never shipped the items to my house even though I paid for them to be delivered. Do not bother anything with Helmes.

I have had issues with credit card companies phone numbers that are not associated with helves and an issue with an account that was used to get free goods.I would not recommend Helplese or any of their users to anyone.
