Ive never had such terrible experience with a company. I was notified of a new feature on the website that would allow me to create logos for my agency only to find out that the software is not actually designed for this purpose and cant even generate logos The user interface is extremely difficult to use and it has taken me hours just to get started. This is definitely not a quality tool provider - I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Hiperion is a white-label data visualization tool for agencies. I signed up for their beta testing program and was extremely disappointed with the quality of their software. The design is terrible the features are incomplete and the customer service is nonexistent. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs.

I started using Hiperion because I was looking for a data visualization tool to help me argue against clients and agencies during meetings. It is quickly become one of my favorite things.The main thing I like about Hiperion is that its easy to use and you can customize it to your own needs. For example if youre trying to figure out a clients business model Hiperion can help you show you all the data that supports your theory whereas tools likeOVM make it really hard to understand whats going on. But the best thing about Hiperion is that its always up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies. For instance when I was trying to track down some of the details of our clients business model Hiperion allowed me to literally read between the lines in order to figuring out what she wants from her product. So far Ive used Hiperion for data

Im not sure what the company is that I am reviewing but it looks like they are in the business of white-label data visualization tool for agencies. This tool makes it easy for agencies to see what data they need to know in a more concise and accurate way which was helpful for our organization. However I did have some issues with it-- ones that I cannot too often hear about when working with such innovative technology. One issue was that the users had difficulty entering data into the tool consistently even after practice. Another was that the tool left some data fields blank sometimes because it couldnt find a key element in those fields-- therefore resulting in incorrect results. Finally there were also some problems with how easily the app shared receipts and other information across multiple devices-- making it difficult to track progress over time. Overall these issues led us to believe that maybe this is just not a well-validated product or something we can trust.

Im not sure what the problem is but its been going on for a while now. The tool doesnt work well with certain types of data. For example you cant use it to visualize analytics data. It just doesnt work that way. Ive tried multiple tools andudos but it still wont work with this type of data. Im pretty bad at programming so this might be some how causing the issue. I really appreciate your time and patience but I think we can probably fix this together.
