SupportI just bought some software development support from company horizon. I was really hoping to get it through them in the same way that I would get a good return on my investment. Unfortunately thats not going to happen. The support is great when it comes in waves depending on what day it is. The phone goes into a holding mode for a while and then come back up. But not only that they are very quick to provide their own services likemeiers time machine or adding new features to other software. They will also be able to help me with any problems Ive had and how I can improve the software. Overall Im very disappointed with company horizon.com and would not recommend them to anyone.
