This company is terrible I have had negative experiences with them in the past so I was not very impressed when I received my software development amp IT managed services from Hsk Digital. The first thing that made me feel bad about this company was the fact that they are in the business of selling digital strategy software development amp IT managed services. In addition their website looks like it has been designed by a group of kids who just dont understand how to design a website. The second thing that made me feel bad about this company was their response time when I contacted them about my issue. It took them over two weeks to get back to me after sending multiple emails and phone calls. Finally the worst part about this company is their customer service fees. They charge a lot of money for little results

I have never used this company and I would not recommend them to anyone. The software they offer is terrible and the customer service is terrible too. They always take forever to get back to you and their response time is usually pretty slow as well.

I just bought this software and its been the worst experience Ive ever had with a computer purchase. The first time I tried to use it I got an error that said my computer was not compatible. Im not able to use it because I cant read the screen off of so Im back at the start of the process again. Please fix this problem as its making this process much more difficult than it should be.

I was this companys customer for many years and was always happy with their products. However recently I has realized that they are withoutablers and will not let you make a change to your user agreement or software policy. I had to start Allowing Customers To Change Their Agreement OfficersEverywhere. The company is extremely bad at customer service and does not care about you or your business. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
