Ive never had such an unprofessional and frustrating experience with a website. I made an order for a home security system and after waiting 2 weeks for my order to come in I called the company. The customer service agent told me that they were out of stock and couldnt process my order because they were running out of the specific model that I wanted. She then said that she would be happy to tell me about some other models that might work better for me but refused to refund my money or send me a new order. This was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this website to anyone.

Ive been using H.T. Apps for about six months now and Im absolutely terrible. 1 The user interface is terrible - its basic and looks bad. They also need to add more features to their user interface - like allowing users to control their home screen with a single hand while theyre engaging in a task or song playing. 2 The app is very easy todamntangle - I cant freeze myniaved THANKS for the includes so I dont have to go through this again 3 The H.T.Apps app really isnt that great at all.
