This Site is undergoing Maintenance. I have had great experiences with Hudson Mind and will continue to do so. However this experience has been somewhat troubling. First of all they are never able to fix issues until they are too late. So often do they become user-friendly promises but not work well with the average user in the long run. For example I have had success using the sign up feature but found that their Contact Form is difficult to use and slow to update information. Second issue was that I was able to order a product online and received it quickly but without any comments from me about what I was going to use it for. Third issue was that I was supposed to get a email notification when my item arrived but none did. Finally one customer service person who seemed very passionate about her job and very much wanted us all to be satisfied always made us feel like we were doing something wrong. She asked us how we thought she could improve our site and she seemed
