is a complete waste of time and moneyI used Hugo Cat for the first time about two weeks ago. On my first attempt I was extremely disappointed. The experience was terrible. The customer service agent who answered the phone didnt even seem to know what he was talking about when I asked him questions about their services. He could barely understand me because he couldnt speak English very well. In addition the website is completely unprofessional and poorly designed. Its also incredibly difficult to navigate through it due to all of the tabs and links scattered around the page. Overall this experience was a total disaster and I wouldnt recommend using this company ever again.

Im not sure what the companys mission is but it seems to me that they depend on price manipulation to make money. If youre not willing to spend the required amount of time and effort getting the product you want then youre not likely to be satisfied with the next thing that comes down the road. People have been ripped off and manipulated by this company before so I wouldnt trust them if I were you.

I just moved to this website and was really excited to find some great advice on how to improve my experience. However Ive come across a whole range of user reviews which are negative and doesnt seem to be very positive. For example one user wrote a review in which they said that Hagoton Cat is the worst customer service agency I have ever met. Its become quite clear that this website is just targetted at people who are looking for themselves and not really interested in helping other customers - so if youre looking for a place to ask your kitties how youre doing when youre out there spending your own money or if you want to watch a video about why you should always buy from Hugo Cat then look elsewhere. Overall Im not impressed with what I saw and now Im moving away from this website altogether.
