Humantech is a terrible company. They are always willing to help you get into software development but their support is always bad. I have had to call them multiple times to get help with problems with my software and it has never been hostile or unprofessional. However on one occasion they actually were very friendly and helped me out when I was having trouble with a different project. Overall I have had negative experiences with Humantech less than 1 of the time.

I have just received my Humantech software development update and was very unhappy with it. The customer service was terrible. I contact them every day for the past 3 months and never got a response. I even sent feedbacks but they always ignored them. Finally I decided to leave because of the lack of response and now Im the only one left in the office.This company is not worth your time or money.
