I did not receive my order and the email I received said it would arrive in a few days. It did not come until after 4 weeks. I called and they said it was sent to the wrong address. The product is terrible and there are no instructions on how to use it.

Im sure most of these people have been using hydricmedia.com for years now so I wont be too harsh on them. They just offer a basic level of water management and its not worth the money you spend. Dont bother coming to this site - go to their other sites or watch their videos.

Im not sure what the problem is but I didnt like using HydricMedia very much. The software was easy to use but it stopped working after a little over a year. All of the photos and videos were taken under completely different lights and without any noise or abuse but this software just wouldnt start up anymore. Its been about a year since the product stopped working and Ive only used it for about 8 months. I dont think theres anything wrong with hydricmedia.com just some poor decisions by the company in terms of quality control.
