However their customer service is not up to par and they always make it difficult for you to get through the process or even find the help you need. They have low tolerances towards their users and many case where user complaints are ignored or secretely treated like some kind of issue. The high standards they set are why your app coming right up Is not followed here. In my last job I-SoftInc provided only limited support for apps whereas now they have become more interested in making things easy for their users which makes getting help from them much harder.
