I2DM is a terrible company. I have never had such an abysmal experience with anything they have done for me. The first time I tried to use their software it just wouldnt work. They told me it was because of my computer and not the software itself but after spending hours trying to fix it nothing worked. Then the next time I tried to use it my computer crashed and my data was lost forever. Finally after even more HOURS of trying to get help from their customer service team I gave up and ended up calling someone else instead. Do not bother using this company - you will be absolutely miserable every time

i2dm, Review Specifics:
I2DM is a terrible company. Ive been using them for almost 2 years now and the only thing good about them is that they offer a free trial. However after signing up for their free trial youre basically told to use their full service because theres no way to change your mind without paying an expensive monthly fee. Additionally their customer service is horrible. They wont help you when something goes wrong and theyre tight with dates and times which makes it really hard to get in touch with them if you have any issues. Overall I wouldnt recommend I2DM to anyone.
