I absolutely hated this company They do not seem to understand the meaning of customer service. I had to call them three times to get my order corrected and they were never able to answer my questions. The first time I asked how much it would cost for a new computer and the person on the other end said Well let me see if I can find that information and then didnt answer my question. The second time I asked about an upgrade and the person on the other end said Well we dont offer upgrades anymore. And finally the third time I asked about a discount for using their services and she told me that there was no such thing as a discount because their business is just in engineering firm territory. If youre looking for a company that wont help you out when something isnt working right or provides no good service avoid this one at all costs

I have had negative experiences with iauro Systems in the past. The first time was when I paid for an engineering consult that never happened and then a few months later I got a bill in the mail for 640.00. This is not something you should ever do to yourself especially if you are paying with your credit card because they will likely tried to take back your money before you can get it back. I also would not recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality services or anything else related to technology consulting because their products and services are nothing but shoddy at best.
