I RECEIVED MY ORDER ERRORS ON TWO OF MY PRODUCTS AND THEN WAS TOLD BY MY CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL THAT THEY WERE CAUSING THE PROBLEM BECAUSE I DIDNT SELECT A FREE SHIPPING OPTION WHEN PURCHASING. I have had two very negative experiences with IceCoding.mx. The first time it was a clerical error on my part in relation to the order. I did not know that you needed to provide an invalid order number when billing yourself. The company did not tell me what was going on and when I asked they said We dont need to tell you now. Now after speaking to 4 different people who are familiar with the business I believe that I overcharged my customer by 50 on an ice cream sale last month. We attempt to be fair in the business we do but this time we had a problem with something else - ICECODE STUDIO being used as a website where there is no Foley tweet function and only a single row of data. The first time this happened we told them sorry for their inconvenience and for his about how much money we overcharged them originally. More recently despite multiple emails and phone calls from customer service they havent
