I was a customer of icemobile.com for about 6 months. I had high hopes for the company but after about 2 months of use my phone stopped working. The customer service was very unhelpful and did not seem to have any idea what they were doing when it came to fixing my phone. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Im very disappointed with my experience with icemobile.com. The user review is a negative one and we make no apology for being at the top of the charts and then being Top shelf as far as customer service is concerned. We are not here to serve customers in a hurry we take their time in writing our reviews which is where this one falls apart.We were taken in by the customer service lineaucusier1 on yahoo This was back in 2009 and we still get about every problem with that product even though it now has a different company - icemobile.com. We have used other companies that have been much better but this one really didnt help us out and made me quite upset because I appreciated the way they took care of me before. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will never use them again.

Im not sure what the problem is but I bad experience with icemobile.com. Every thing was going good until last week. We had a phone cold and we couldnt do anything about it because the company didnt give them any notice about it. They took care of it and said they would try to get a new part for it. Today the phone cold again and our family plan was Bay Area only so we had to pay for it out of our money box. We are very sorry to have to do this but we need our money back and we hope that you can help us out
