I am not sure if I have the right company. The ID-apps website says it is in the business of Conseil IT et digital factory - exomind. However their contact information does not match what I see on their website. They do not seem to be a legitimate company and I would not recommend them to anyone.

This company is terrible. I have never had such a frustrating experience with any online service. The first time I tried to use their website I was told there was no software available that could be installed on my computer because the company id-apps only works with Apple products. After spending an hour trying to find some software that would work on my computer I gave up and went to another site instead. Then the next day when I tried to use their website again the same thing happened - they told me there was no software available that could be installed on my computer because id-apps only works with Apple products. And even though they said it multiple times I still couldnt find anything that would work. This is just ridiculous - how can you not have any type of software or support for your customers if youre in business for supposed to help people Do yourself a favor and dont bother using this company - theyre nothing but fraudulent scammers
