Im sorry to say that I had a terrible experience with this company. The customer service was absolutely terrible and they did not seem very interested in helping me get my site up and running. It took me 3 different emails to get a response from them and when I finally got through the response was incredibly slow. In addition their prices were really high compared to other providers I looked at. Overall I would highly recommend avoiding this company if youre looking for web hosting services.

"I Just Signed Up For"

I just signed up for the free trial and it was really easy. However after about a month and a half I noticed that my account was not being used anymore. I know she is still here and she is much more experienced so I thought it might be because of the free trial or something but its just not the case. I have tried to call her few times now and she has never answerable. I even sent an email to her asking for a response but she didnt respond to that either. Just last night when I called again and asked if she was still willing to do a trial because I hadtest in hand she gave me this messageThank you for considering using our service. I was this companys customer for over a year. They did a great job of setting up and managing my hosting account including keeping me updated on their latest updates andotics. However the last two years have been really bad.The first time around I was always kept informed what was going on with my account even when it seemed like things were going wrong. The second year I had I received more than one email from them about hostings in Twin Falls Idaho. Im not sure what they were trying to achieve but it failed.This year there have been no emails at all from them and Ive been told by another customer that they will lost business because of this situation. If you are running this company then pay attention to what is happening down the street at their office
