I have had a terrible experience with this company. The first time I made an order the email did not include the website address that was given in the order confirmation. When I contacted customer service they told me to call them because they would send me an email when my order arrived. They never sent me an email and when I asked for one the customer service representative told me that she could not help me because she was too busy doing other things. Needless to say this is not a good experience and I will not be returning.

I was this companys customer service agent. I was unhappy with my situation and wanted to get out of it as soon as possible. The people who worked for this company were horrible. My support case manager was terrible and her partsor marketing Manager was worse. They both told me that I needed to change my passwords and many other things and that I needed to be more careful about what I said or did online. He also said that I should never have allowed myself to be locked out in the first place. Overall this company is terrible customer service and should be written off.
