Do not use this company if you have any problems. The people who work there are complete idiots and will not help you unless you ask for it. I had to call them three times to get my order processed because they were trying to charge me twice the price that it actually was on their website. Do not bother with this company they are just a bunch of scam artists.

I have never seen such terrible customer service in my life. I had to call customer service multiple times and they were always so busy that they didnt seem to care. The first time I called I was waiting all day for a ticket. Then I got a call back and it was already after hours. I had to wait another hour before somebody would take care of me. Then once again during off weekdays they are very busy and dont always have the best customer service especially when it comes to refunding my account.I am very disappointed with company idomo.com.ar and their terrible customer service
