Ive had a horrible experience with IIIMPACT.IO. They are not only unprofessional but also dishonest. I was given a bogus invoicing number that my company needed to invoice for an event they were hosting and then was told the entire cost would have to be paid in full by the end of the month - even though there was no event scheduled The whole process was so frustrating and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone

Ive never used IIIMPACT.IO and I would not recommend it to anyone. The site is very unprofessional and there are a lot of mistakes made in the code. Additionally the customer service was terrible and they didnt even respond to my emails about my account being closed.

Im not sure what the company is but its a terrible business. Theyre always quick to start a sale but when they do they quickly lose interest and close the deal. The customer is never taken care of and there is usually a negative experience from the customer. I wouldnt recommend this service to anyone.
