I have had a terrible experience with ikconinfotech.com. They are in the business of VoIP Solution but their softswitch is the worst I have ever used. The first time I tried to use it it wouldnt connect to my phone at all. Then when I tried to switch services it wouldnt let me do anything. It just said The Softswitch could not be found. This has been happening every time Ive tried to use this softswitch since inception. Needless to say I will never use ikconinfotech again and recommend anyone else who wants an unreliable VoIP solution to avoid them entirely.

I have had some good experiences with IkconInfotech. However this past experience was not worth the bad review. The service is low end and the support is poor. I have successfully used the service for 2 months now and have not had a single issue. The customer service is terrible and they are always late. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had two line of business and both been successful. I can now say that ikconinfotech.com is a terrible company. They are always quick to add new features or updates to their service but never have they had the effort and taken the time to get a good user review. My first few reviews were mostly positive but after I changed mymind about them being good I had bad ones. 13 of them were negative and 13 were positive. This isnt something that is going to be corrected by someone who only works for one company and has never used VoIP before. Make sure you have a user review with
