This company has done nothing but screw us over. I have had to go back and forth with them multiple times because of the incompetence they display in their work. My last experience was when they said my computer would be out for 7 days because someone else failed to backup their data. Its been 3 weeks now and no computer has come back not even a visit from impelIT solutions. Do not use this company

I would not recommend this company to anyone The customer service was terrible and the quality of their product is terrible. I have had to go through multiple rounds of customer service because the software they provide does not work at all and it is very buggy. I would not recommend them to anyone.
