I just bought a membership at Imperia Online game production company and after 1 day of using their service Im really disappointed with it. First of all there is no customer service at all The only communication I had was through email which was not very helpful. Secondly the quality of their products are terrible. The games they produce look like they were made in a hurry and have low quality graphics. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

I was a little surprised that the companys website was designed so poorly. The design is basic and looks like it was made for those who are just looking for a simple way to sell games. There are noHawara the other way around such as what you would expect from a company like Imperia Online. The user experience has been terrible. I have had to use the mobile app to access game updates and deals. 100 of the time I am not able to play my games because the interface is so different than what I expected. I really dont think that this is a good sign for the companys online presence.
