.com is terribleI would not recommend this company to anyone. The website is really bad and the mobile app is even worse. You have to be extremely careful with how you use the website and the mobile app because they both seem to be unstable. Also theres no customer service at all when you need it.

is terribleThe only thing good about Impulsis is the fact that they offer a web and mobile incarnation of the same business. Unfortunately their web version is absolutely terrible. The site is very slow to load and there are many errors and glitches throughout. Their mobile app also has several problems. First it doesnt always work correctly for example when I try to order something through my phone I end up getting an error message telling me that I need to use a different browser or device. Second the orders themselves often take quite a while to arrive - in some cases days even weeks Overall Impulsis is not worth your time or money.

customer service is horrible. Im never given a chance to speak with them calmly and honestly. Ive had to call out to customer service multiple times because they have no use for me and dont even know how to help meIve also had to send feedback about their customer support down the phone. Web.I was always given the opportunity to speak with customer service turret directly but instead they would not allow me to do so. They do not care about their customers and only cares about making money off of them. I have already sent feedback about their customer support up an they did not even care when I called in the first place. Web.
