Each time I would receive a response back from someone who said they couldnt help me because they were swamped with customer service requests. In the end I gave up and decided not to buy any products from this company.

Im a victim of a scam where someone claiming to be from Indielabs tells me that they have the perfect solution for my health problem and can help me get better. They tell me that their patented technology will help my health and that I should go see them today to get started.They do not have any medical experience nor do they have any patent protection for their technology. In fact the only thing they hold is a worthless certificate from a dubious online course they offered years ago. Do not give them your money - this company is a scam

I have had two surgeries so far and been through a lot of stuff just in the past week. I have to say that this company is not worth their weight in gold. The first was a total mess and they could never be sure that it would actually go wrong. Now theres the usual not enough data yet type of thing going on. I have had great experiences with Indielabs.SA and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good customer service experience. However I had an experience this past week that was very frustrating. I was working on a new device and got lost while trying to take a call. No matter how many times I tried to call them they couldnt get through to the customer service line. They said they would send someone out but never came back down the road. The only thing that could explain this problem is that the customer service line has been archived or blocked due to recent activity with their phone sales. Im sure this type of situation can be reported to the company but I am really UXPgrading Indielabs performance on a daily basis because of the past issues.
