I had a terrible experience with this company. I was promised a connection to my countrys INET network but I never received any of the required information. My internet speed was dramatically slowed down as a result. Additionally the customer service agent who helped me out was very unhelpful and unyielding. Overall it would not be recommended to anyone.

Im not happy with ICT Solutions. They have been through a lot of changes and havent worked out well for me. currently my internet is being shut off daily due to their policy of ocalyptic . I have access to my online presence and can post thoughts and ideas on the companys Facebook page. However mine is not being used to sidestep the surface of the situation and answer questions from customers or friends. Completely deadbeat customer service This company is in the business of Inetwork Middle East and they are terrible My internet has been shut off everyday for over a month now and Ive never received a response to my messages or issues. The customer service here is completely Deadbeat
