Ive had to call them multiple times to get my question answered and it always goes back to the same thing - Were sorry we dont have that information. So if youre looking for a staffing company with good customer service stay away from inficaretech.com

Ive been using infcaretech for about 4 years now and have had great experience. However I think they could be more open to change. Their pricing model is really competitive but they dont always keep their prices consistent. They never have any idea how much it will cost them to fix a file.I would not recommend working with this company.

I was this customer for 3 years. I never got a single response in the time he said he would. Finally I just here about two weeks ago when all of a sudden everything was sent back and beginning of next weeks order is supposed to be. If it were not for the fact that my son has been Moldy and Time-Outed I would have given them a perfect star rating. But because he is not like most people and always can be yards away from the issue due to which they put their name on these things I give them 2 stars.
