I would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is terrible and they do not seem to care about their customers. I have had to call them multiple times because my products did not work and they never took the time to help me. They also charge a lot of money for things that are not necessary like sending me a key that does nothing. Overall I am very disappointed with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

But then again no one is perfect and so there are times when you cede use of a product due to poor Instead of focusing on customer centricity infokeymedia takes advantage of current events to create content for itsfeely website. Unfortunately the past two years have not been as good for them. Theyve had some problems with funding their development and now theyre into their 5th year of operation. So if youre looking for an industry leading software thats being used by the best people at the business - youll go another step behind.

I have had some good experiences with company infikeytech. However I have had a few bad experiences. The worst experience was when I was taken in by a free trial and given an incorrect account number. I changed my account and got it fixed with no communication from company infkee Tech. The best experience came when I contacted them after the issue was fixed and asked for help to fix my account. They provided me with the same support as other customers and were able to get the issue fixed. So I would say that if you want to buy something useful from this company include some of the good experiences as well as the wrong experience and youre offside.
