"I Have Had Nothing But"
Infini Systems, Review Specifics:
I have had nothing but trouble with infinisystem.com. My account was given to another company and then problem after problem has been brought up with my card. For example I last week received a call from the customer service representative telling me that my account had been waived off due to some kind of error or request from Infini Systems. I am not able to make any sense of what is happening because the conversation was in Vietnamese. So instead of getting back to me they sent an email asking if I wanted to change my phone number andor interval settings so that they could troubleshoot the issue more fully. Once again this is something that should never be done for anything except when there is a specific reason like for security purposes or to protect our customers information which isnt even close reasons why it needs to be done in the first place. All you are doing here are being failed by company infinisystem.com
