.agency1 stars - terrible experienceI had a terrible experience with Infinitech.agency. The service was extremely slow and the communication was poor. There were also multiple errors made in my behalf which added to the frustration. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have used Infinitech for the past 3 years and have always been very pleased with their services. However I am writing this review because I have had a terrible experience recently with them. First of all their customer service is absolutely terrible. They dont seem to care about your satisfaction whatsoever and will do everything in their power to make you unhappy. Secondly they charge an arm and a leg for their services - even after subtracting VAT. In addition their website is absolutely terrible - its constantly loading slowly and there are constant errors trying to be made online. Finally the results that Ive gotten from them have always been very poor - my ads havent worked as well as they should and my website has started losing traffic significantly since switching to them. overall I would not recommend using Infinitech unless youre extremely desperate or you want to pay an arm and a leg for nothing in return.
