I was a happy customer of company infobeans.com until recently.This is a bad review which has been submitted to company infobeans.com in the past. It is written by an individual who was a customer of the company before but has since left due to change within the industry. In this particular case the individual is saying that they were a unhappy customer because of changes within the business model which they felt were unfair and inappropriate. They also said that they had to go through a lot of struggling to keep up with new technology which they felt was often slow andtodays software does not have as much value as what was available when I joined.

Ive had a lot of fun working with company infobeans.com. But I never felt like I was treated fairly or respectfully. There have been times when I feel like Im not used to the new platform and the old user community. Some of the features are great but others are way too new and hard to understand. For example when I purchased a product there was an immediate rush buy so that people could get it before the sale ended. But once I updated my account and learned how to use it there was no mention of the original purchase. Its as if someone who controls company infobeans.com is responsible for that transfer-of-ownershipcreditsonpurpose policy than had no impact on the customers experience. The customer service line justshoremond business model is goodbye.The only way to improve things is by the company itself not by trying to copy other companies or their products. Its time for a change
