I have terrible feedback for company infoniumtech.com. Their SaaS development company has been in business for years and has provided great software to businesses of all sizes but this past review is just terrible The customer service was incredibly slow to get through to the actual product and I had to contact them multiple times until they got back to me. Ultimately it wasnt the product that we were giving 3 stars - it was the customer service
