I cannot believe how terrible this company is I have used them for both my IT needs as well as their services and they have been absolutely terrible. Ive had to change everything from the applications that are used on my business to the passwords for all of my accounts and even the information that is stored in our customer records They keep telling me that its just a mistake but no matter what I do they cant seem to fix it. Save your money and go somewhere else

I used this company for a number of years and have had negative experiences with them. The first time I used their services they did not do anything that was promised. They also charges a lot for their services which is ridiculous. Another thing that I didnt like about them was the way that they treat customers. They always seem to be ignore you when youre trying to ask questions or give feedback about your experience with them. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone

I was a customer of theirs for years. They are now known as infopie.com. Unfortunately this has caused a lot of negative reviews. I have never seen one good thing to say about them. They sell IT services and products that are only used by the wealthy or those with very poor credit reports. This has made it difficult to find good review s on them. I suggest you dont be so easy on them like you did before and just avoid them altogether.

I was this companys customer service chap from when I first started working for them. I now am not so happy with their services. The customer service is cold andhurstnerous. I have given out my tracking number to see if they are taking any listenings or not. They say they are but never take calls. I have also sent them pictures of the issues Ive been having and they still dont care. Do not bother getting a customer service person because all youll get is cold talk and possible warranty cancellation.
